The farmhouse is located in typical South Bohemian countryside in the village of Dobešice, which is near the village of Kluky, on the way from Záhoří to Albrechtice nad Vltavou. Dobešice is approximately 10 km away from Písek and 110 km from Prague. There are shops and restaurants in the neighbouring village of Kluky (approx. 1 km away) or in Záhoří (approx. 3 km). The Orlík dam is about a 30-minute walk away, along a stream through the woods. You can drive your car (with a boat trailer) all the way to the water along an old road near the Podolsky bridge (about 3 km). In close proximity to the farmhouse (300 m) you will find beautiful countryside with deep forests, meadows and many lakes.
